WELCOME to the The University of Chicago History of Medicine Project. This website houses course materials developed over the last 6 years for use in teaching clinically relevant History of Medicine topics. This project is the result of a collaboration between the Department of Medicine and Pritzker School of Medicine. The topics build on current practice and explore great discoveries, physicians and scientists, evolving trends, professionalism as well as humanism in medicine.
